Many leaders value a trusted external perspective when navigating complex or sensitive situations.

 

Confidential advisory provides a discreet space to think through issues that may be difficult to explore internally — particularly where relationships, organisational dynamics or competing interests make clarity harder to achieve.

This often involves acting as a confidential sounding board for leaders considering significant decisions or navigating challenging situations.

 

Examples might include:

• sensitive leadership or partnership issues
• complex organisational dynamics
• difficult decisions or conversations
• situations where internal perspectives are strongly divided

 

The role is not to direct decisions but to provide independent perspective that helps leaders understand situations more fully and approach next steps with greater clarity.

Engagements may take the form of one-to-one sessions, short advisory pieces of work or ongoing retainers depending on the situation.
